ICT Holding Ltd announces successful placement of a 4% stake in Polymetal International plc.

The sale of shares was triggered by the need to repay current debt obligations of the holding and funding commitments of its investment projects. The reduced stake also allowed to decrease concentration in the ICT’s portfolio, which has been driven by of Polymetal’s strong share price performance in the last few months, to an acceptable level.

ICT Holding Ltd reaffirms it continues to consider Polymetal an attractive investment, and plans to remain Polymetal’s largest strategic shareholder in the long term.
