ICT Holding Ltd was founded in 2013.

A number of landmark transactions have been completed since ICTH was established, demonstrating how the company is successfully executing its strategy on monetising its investments including Polymetal International Pls (FSU), OPAP S.A. Greek lottery (Greece), Tiscali S.p.A (Italy), Olo del Peru S.A.C. (Peru)
